2. Appointments & Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled subject to technician availability. We will make every reasonable effort to honor scheduled appointment windows. All Garage Door Pros is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather events, traffic, or prior service calls running over their estimated duration. Cancellations requested less than 2 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation or trip fee at our discretion.
3. Estimates & Pricing
We provide estimates prior to performing any repair or installation work. Written or verbal estimates are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the service visit that were not apparent before work began. No additional work will be performed without your authorization. All prices are in US dollars. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements are made in advance.
4. Payment Terms
We accept cash, major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard), and other payment methods as posted. Payment is due at the time of service completion. We reserve the right to charge interest on unpaid balances at the maximum rate permitted by Nevada law.
5. Warranties
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by All Garage Door Pros are warranted against manufacturer defects for a period specified at the time of installation (typically 30–90 days for standard parts; longer for LiftMaster/Chamberlain openers per manufacturer warranty).
Labor Warranty
Our labor is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. If a problem directly related to our workmanship recurs within 30 days, we will return and correct the issue at no charge.
Warranty Exclusions
Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Limitation of Liability
All Garage Door Pros’ total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
7. Homeowner Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring the service area is accessible and safe for our technicians. This includes clearing vehicles, debris, and hazards from the garage and driveway. Any pre-existing conditions (e.g., structural damage, faulty wiring, prior improper repairs) are excluded from our liability.
